How Honeybook Helped Me Streamline My Business

In the first few months of my business, I think I tried 4 or 5 different softwares to help me with invoicing, scheduling, CRM, tracking expenses and payments, and creating client onboarding forms.

I hated jumping from program to program, trying to get them all integrated with each other and with my website. It was a nightmare!

Then I found Honeybook. The comprehensive client and management system for small businesses. Which, from my experience, is one program that takes the place of 5.

Honeybook is extremely user-friendly it only took me an hour or so to feel comfortable navigating the site.

I also took advantage of the set up assistance they offer to new members in the form of a live onboarding webinar and their  “concierge” service to help transfer over my existing business documents. (like services, client questionnaires, brochures, etc)

As a soloprenerur, this program has been a game changer for me. I use it daily!

The scheduling integrates with my google calendar as well as my website, allowing my clients to use the calendar link to book their own sessions. So no more emailing back and forth to nail down a time for a phone call. I was able to set up different types of appointments with different availability! So I could have all of my social media coaching calls between 2-5 pm or only take new client discovery calls on Fridays if I wanted to!

The time tracker tool, allows me to have a better idea of how much time I am spending on each project, I can also use it to create billable invoices for hourly clients.

The contact form, allows you to get really customized in the information you want to gather from leads, and the look/theme of the form itself. This allows me to keep everything “on brand”. I have my contact form integrated with my Squarespace website as well as linked in my instagram bio.

The invoicing process is simple and allows my clients to pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer, flexibility that they love!
